How You Get Off the Ferry at Connor's Ferry Landing and Stroll to our Door:
Go straight out to Shore Drive and bear right. It is a 7 minute leisurely stroll. You will see our sign on the right, come down the drive, come in, and welcome! Just make sure you don't miss the last Ferry! The LAST Ferry to Manhattan is 7:00 P.M. on Saturday & Sunday, and 10:15 P.M. on Monday through Friday nights. Call ahead for reservations!
From Garden State Parkway going from the NORTH and heading SOUTH:
Take Exit 117 off Parkway to Hwy 36 East for approximately 12 miles. Go
past Atlantic Highlands to signs saying “Highlands Business District
and Linden Avenue” indicating a jug-handle. (This is approximately
1 mile BEFORE Highlands Bridge.) Take jughandle, and cross over Hwy. 36
go down hill, bearing left at the stop sign. At bottom of hill, turn left
onto Shore Drive. DORIS & ED'S is 5 blocks on the right at 348 Shore
Drive.
From Garden State Parkway going from the SOUTH and heading NORTH:
Take Exit 105 to Hwy 36 East (makes a left turn in Long Branch, ocean
is on your right), through Monmouth Beach and Sea Bright. Continue on
Hwy 36, bear left at Sandy Hook and cross the Highlands Bridge. Go to
the first traffic light (Miller Street). At Miller Street, turn right,
go down steep hill and take first left onto Shore Drive. DORIS & ED’S
is 12 blocks on the right at 348 Shore Drive.
Coming NORTH on Ocean Avenue:
Take Ocean Avenue North through Sea Bright, following signs for Hwy 36.
Bear left at Sandy Hook to cross the Highlands Bridge. Go to the first
traffic light (Miller Street). Turn right on Miller Street, go down steep
hill and take first left onto Shore Drive. DORIS & ED’S is 12
blocks on the right at 348 Shore Drive.
From New Brunswick area:
Take Hwy 18 South to Hwy 516 East. Take Hwy 516 East to the end. Turn right at the stop sign. Pass the Matawan train station to Hwy 35 South. Take Hwy 35 South for approximately 1/4 mile. Bear left to Hwy 36 and follow Hwy 36 East for approximately 12 miles. Go through Atlantic Highlands to signs saying “Highlands Business District and Linden Avenue,” indicating a jug-handle. Take Route 571 East to Hightstown, then Route 33 East to Freehold. Follow
directions below from Freehold.
From Freehold:
In Freehold take 79 North to 537. Take 537 East to Hwy 34 North to the
first light, Phalanx Road (Hwy 54). Turn right on Phalanx Road to Hwy
520. Right on to 520 through Red Bank, Little Silver, Rumson and over
the Sea Bright bridge where 520 ends. Turn left on to Hwy 36 and continue
north on Hwy 36 and bear left at Sandy Hook to cross the Highlands Bridge.
Go to the first traffic light (Miller Street). At Miller Street, turn
right, and then take first left on to Shore Drive. DORIS & ED'S is
12 blocks on the right at 348 Shore Drive.

Leaving the Hotel go to Hwy 35 turn right and go to the traffic light. Turn right and cross the bridge to the first light. Turn right on to Navesink River Road, go approximately 4.6 miles through the blinking light to your first right hand turn after the light. Turn right and cross the steel bridge, then continue to the Stone Church. At the Church turn right onto Navesink Ave. (Monmouth County Road 8B) and follow to Hwy 36 and turn right. Go to the first traffic light and the sign will say Highlands Business District and Linden Ave. indicating a jughandle. Take jughandle, and cross over Hwy. 36 go down hill, bearing left at the stop sign. . At bottom of hill, turn left at Valley National Bank onto Shore Drive. From the Courtyard by Marriott Red Bank:
Leaving the parking lot turn right on to Half Mile Road and go to the
2nd traffic light. At the light turn right on to West Front St. and go
to the 1st light. Turn left on to Hubbard and go to the first light. Make
a right on to Navesink River Road and go to the first light. Then follow
the above directions after the right turn on to Navesink River Road.
From the Courtyard by Marriott Tinton Falls:
Leaving the parking lot turn right onto Hope Road and go to the first
light. Turn left onto Hwy 36 East (makes a left turn in Long Branch, ocean

Leaving the hotel make a left on to Industrial Way and go to the 1st light

Long Branch, ocean is on your right), through Monmouth Beach and Sea Bright.
Continue on Hwy 36 and bear left at Sandy Hook to cross the Highlands
